All Day Glow Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple cored and roughly chopped
- 1 cup romaine or red leaf lettuce packed
- 0.5 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro leaves*
- 0.5 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 small avocado wedge about a tablespoon or so
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice more or less to taste
- 1 pinky-sized piece of fresh turmeric peeled
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon coconut fat optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth, slowly adding more coconut water if needed for consistency. *If you have an aversion to cilantro, omit it and add more lettuce to the smoothie. (Recipe♦108)
