All Day Glow Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Granny Smith apple cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup romaine or red leaf lettuce packed
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro leaves*
  • 0.5 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 small avocado wedge about a tablespoon or so
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice more or less to taste
  • 1 pinky-sized piece of fresh turmeric peeled
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut fat optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth, slowly adding more coconut water if needed for consistency. *If you have an aversion to cilantro, omit it and add more lettuce to the smoothie. (Recipe♦108)
