Ingredients
- 1 bunch arugula 6 oz
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 0.333333 cup pine nuts
- fresh herbs of your choice optional
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- black pepper to taste
- 0.25 cup parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
- Process the pine nuts until coarse. Process together all ingredients. Serve a small dollop with salmon burgers or veggie burgers. (Recipe♦135)
