- 1 head of cabbage
- 4 carrots
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 cup radishes
Instructions
- Shred all vegetables, either by thinly slicing or with a food processor. Serve with Umeboshi Dressing and toss well. (Recipe♦138)
