Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 large avocados pitted
- 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 5 drops stevia can use up to 10 drops
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee or espresso powder
Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor. Pour into a small serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Note: The coffee flavor really makes the difference so don't leave it out. (Recipe♦150)
