Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canned coconut milk (full fat) or your favorite milk
- 1 raw almonds (handful)
- 1 banana 1 or 1/2 depending on the size of the banana
- 1 other fruit or a handful of berries
- 1 handful of greens kale or spinach leaves
