Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons canned coconut milk (full fat) or your favorite milk
  • 1 raw almonds (handful)
  • 1 banana 1 or 1/2 depending on the size of the banana
  • 1 other fruit or a handful of berries
  • 1 handful of greens kale or spinach leaves

Instructions
