Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 Haas avocados pitted and peeled
- 6 dates pitted, more as needed
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder more as needed
- 0.25 cup almond milk more as needed
- 1 cup blueberries or raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients except the berries into a high speed blender and blend until smooth (requires tamper if using Vitamix). Taste. Add more cocoa, dates and/or almond milk as necessary. Refrigerate. Best when served several hours later or the next day. Serve garnished with blueberries or raspberries. (Recipe♦281)
