Dor's Keto Nut Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 0.5 cup raw almonds
- 0.5 cup flax seed
- 0.5 cup sesame seeds
- 0.5 cup roasted cashews
- 3 eggs
- 0.25 cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
- 0.5 teaspoon salt up to 1 teaspoon according to taste
Instructions
- Soak the walnuts and almonds for at least 2 hours and drain. Give a few coarse chops. Mix the eggs, oil, herbs and salt until well blended.Blend the nuts, seeds and egg mixture.Line a small loaf pan with parchment. Bake at 325° for 45 mins. Let cool in the pan. Remove. Peel off parchment.You can make variations by using chili powder, curry spice, or other seasonings. (Recipe♦370)
