Jicama Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups peeled and diced jicama
  • 1 pineapple diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 small red onion diced small
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 olive oil
  • salt and pepper as desired
