Lemon Mustard Salad Dressing

Mix with salad greens or cooked grains, such as brown rice or quinoa.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar Low carb version: replace agave with 5 drops stevia + 1 TBS water
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender, until creamy. Season to your taste.  (Recipe♦531)
