Lemon Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tarragon
  • 1 fresh chives or parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar light flavored
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 6 tablespoons walnut or olive oil
  • salt if permitted
  • water as needed to thin dressing

Instructions
 

  • Pull off the leaves from the tarragon sprigs, and blend with remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender. The mixture will be thick and creamy. Drizzle in a bit of water while processing to bring it to the consistency you desire.   (Recipe #532)
