Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground lamb, pork, or beef*
  • 2 cups prepared lentils
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 0.5 cup olives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.Mix the meat, lentils, olives, and eggs.Use a tablespoon or icecream scoop coated in olive oil to make uniform meatballs. Bake for 30 - 40 mins.  (Recipe♦543)

Notes

*Note: grass-fed lamb contributes less than ⅒ greenhouse gases compared with traditional ground beef.
