Mango Ginger Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup mango frozen or fresh
  • 2.5 cups almond milk or water
  • 0.5 cup almonds
  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Soak chia seeds in enough milk or water to cover for 15 minutes. In a blender, combine with remaining ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 6-24 hours until reaches the desired thickness.  (Recipe #556)
