Red Cabbage & Carrot Salad 1

Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots
- 0.5 head of red cabbage
- 0.5 cup figs chopped
- 1 tablespoon gomasio toasted sesame seeds can also be used
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 orange juiced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 0.333333 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Shred the carrots and cabbage in a processor. Place in a bowl and toss with the gomasio/sesame seeds and chopped figs. Blend the lemon and orange juices with the oils, and add salt to taste. Combine with salad and serve immediately. (Recipe #704)
