Salmon & Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can Alaskan red salmon, flaked large can
- 4 hard-boiled eggs peeled and mashed
- 4 stalks celery minced
- 0.25 cup red onion minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh herbs such as parsley, chives and thyme to taste
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 olive oil
- salt and cracked pepper
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Combine the salmon, eggs, celery, red onion and herbs. Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and cracked pepper together. Add hot sauce, if desired. Blend and taste to see if it wants a little more oil. (Recipe #744)
