Sautéed Cabbage & Red Pepper

Ingredients
  

  • olive oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 0.5 large cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 large red pepper thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large saute pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and saute until soft and translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add cabbage, red pepper, and cook until soft, about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, plus any additional seasonings.  (Recipe #753)
