- 1 large cucumber
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro washed and tough stems removed
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
- 1 lime peeled and seeded
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
