Ingredients
- 0.5 head of green cabbage
- 5 carrots peeled
- 5 small beets peeled
Instructions
- Shred all ingredients in a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, you could chop or grate or slice very thin. Drizzle and toss with Fennel & Lime Dressing. Variation: Add shredded daikon radish, jicama, kale, arugula, or dandelion greens. (Recipe♦769)
