Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey or ground chicken, beef, lamb, or pork
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 0.5 bunch cilantro minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 0.5 bunch mint minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Shape into oblong meatballs around skewers and grill until cooked through, flipping once. (Recipe♦779)
