Strawberry Tangelo Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 quart strawberries cut in quarters
- 5 tangelos peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 piece of ginger grated fine
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or more to taste
- 1 pinch salt or more to taste
Instructions
- Combine the fruit, ginger and lime juice. Toss with olive oil and salt. Taste, adjust seasonings and serve. (Recipe #795)
