Sun-dried Tomato Dressing

Ingredients
- 10 sun-dried tomato halves soaked for a few hours in water
- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes can substitute 1/2 regular tomato or one plum tomato
- 0.25 cup sunflower seeds soaked for a few hours
- 2 pitted dates
- 0.5 cup tomato soak water or as needed for consistency
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt if permitted
- 0.25 cup fresh basil
Instructions
