Tangy Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 0.25 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.25 cup frozen peach wedges
  • 0.5 sweet potato cook ahead of time
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 orange juice optional
  • 1 pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Put frozen fruit and milk in blender and let fruit soften for a couple minutes. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth, adding more coconut milk or cold water if needed for desired consistency.  (Recipe #823)
