Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pine nuts or cashews or macadamia nuts
  • 0.75 cup filtered water or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients into a smooth mayonnaise, adding more water as needed to produce your desired consistency. Store for 4 to 5 days in a tightly lidded glass jar in the fridge. (Recipe # 106)
