Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds soaked 4 hours
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 0.5 cup almond butter
- 0.5 cup currants rinsed in hot water
- 1 cup pitted dates
- dried coconut optional
- cocoa powder optional
Instructions
- Blend the first five ingredients in a food processer until the mixture is a consistency that forms easily into balls. Roll in coconut and/or cocoa powder if desired, and serve. (Recipe♦112)
