Almond Joyful Pate

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 8 large sun-dried tomatoes soaked for 1/2 hour
- 0.25 cup chopped red onion
- 1 finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except cilantro, in a food processor with the S blade until it's a smooth pate. Garnish with fresh cilantro. (Recipe♦113)
