Apple Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 organic apples leave skin on; cut in quarters
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 fresh mint leaf
- 4 kale leaves
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in one cup of water for at least an hour. Combine with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, using more water if needed for consistency. (Recipe♦126)
