Apple Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 organic apples leave skin on; cut in quarters
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 fresh mint leaf
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chia seeds in one cup of water for at least an hour. Combine with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, using more water if needed for consistency. (Recipe♦126)
