Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple or pear
  • 1 banana frozen if possible; if not, add 2 ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or handful of almonds
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg optional

Instructions
