Ingredients
- 1 apple or pear
- 1 banana frozen if possible; if not, add 2 ice cubes
- 0.5 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or handful of almonds
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg optional
Instructions
