Avocado & Berry Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Haas avocado ripe
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries or other berries
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice to taste
  • 0.5 can (15 oz) full fat coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados and bananas into 1-inch pieces and freeze both for 2-3 hours. Once frozen, combine with remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth, adding water as needed for desired consistency. Serve immediately  (Recipe♦147)
