Avocado Pomegranate Seed Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith Apples chopped
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 avocados
- oil of your choice
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger optional
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro optional
Instructions
- As you are chopping the apples, toss with half the lime juice to prevent browning. Mix the chopped apples with the pomegranate seeds in a serving bowl. Peel and chop the avocado, toss with the remaining lime juice to prevent bowning. Combine with the apple mixture and drizzle on a little oil and salt to taste.
