Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 basil leaves chopped
- 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Using a mortar and pestle, smash the garlic with a pinch of salt. Add the basil leaves, olive oil and vinegar. Whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper (Recipe♦171)
