Basil Vinaigrette

Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 basil leaves chopped
  • 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Using a mortar and pestle, smash the garlic with a pinch of salt. Add the basil leaves, olive oil and vinegar. Whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper  (Recipe♦171)
