Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces water
  • 3 ounces nut, hemp seed or rice milk unsweetened
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 2 teaspoons organic almond butter
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds optional
  • sweetener to taste stevia or coconut nectar; optional
  • 1 tablespoon carob or raw cacao powder optional

Instructions
