Ingredients
- 8 ounces water
- 3 ounces nut, hemp seed or rice milk unsweetened
- 0.5 avocado
- 2 teaspoons organic almond butter
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds optional
- sweetener to taste stevia or coconut nectar; optional
- 1 tablespoon carob or raw cacao powder optional
Instructions
