Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats not quick oats
  • 1 cup water or unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter, or fat of choice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts optional
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, liquid and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 mins. (Can be cooked in the microwave, covered, for 3 mins.) Stir in optional toppings. Let stand for 2 mins before serving.  (Recipe♦214)
