Cara's Apple Strudel

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup vanilla almond, soy or hemp milk
  • 0.75 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 apples cored, peeled and chopped
  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned gluten-free rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup ground raw walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Stir in the chopped apples, raisins, oats, ground walnuts and flax seeds.Pour into an 8×8" baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.  (Recipe♦235)
