Cardamom Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lemons juiced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, cardamom, salt and black pepper. Whisk ingredients thoroughly. While still whisking, add olive oil in a slow and steady stream to obtain a creamy consistency. Adjust seasonings if necessary. (Recipe♦236)
