Cardamom Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, cardamom, salt and black pepper. Whisk ingredients thoroughly. While still whisking, add olive oil in a slow and steady stream to obtain a creamy consistency. Adjust seasonings if necessary.  (Recipe♦236)
