Carrot Tops Pesto

Ingredients
- 1 bunch tops of very fresh carrots
- 0.5 cup packed basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 0.25 cup raw nuts, such as almonds coarsely chopped
- 2 ounces goat feta
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a food processor, starting with three tablespoons of olive oil. Process and add olive oil as needed to get the desired consistency. Use as you would any pesto. (Recipe♦244)
