Chicken with Honey Marinade

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs or breasts large breasts need to be pounded
Instructions
- Mix oil, vinegar, tamari and honey. Add chicken and marinate for 5-10 mins. Heat skillet over medium flame and add chicken and marinade. Cover and simmer 8 - 10 mins. Check for doneness. Serve with cooked marinade as a sauce. (Recipe♦267)
