Chilled Avocado Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
- 4 limes juiced
- 4 avocados
- 2 pounds cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon salt good quality, like Himalayan
- 1.5 cups very cold water can use part ice cubes
- 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro chopped fine
- 0.25 cup minced red onion
- cracked pepper or hot sauce
Instructions
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend the first six ingredients until creamy. Taste and add more salt if desired, then chill. Garnish with chopped tomato, onion and cilantro and a few grindings of black pepper or a drizzle of hot sauce, then serve. (Recipe♦273)
