Chimichurri Paste
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Italian parsley packed
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro packed
- 0.333333 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 0.75 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blenderize until smooth. Serve over grilled meat or black beans. (Recipe♦275)
