Chimichurri Paste

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh Italian parsley packed
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro packed
  • 0.333333 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 0.75 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blenderize until smooth. Serve over grilled meat or black beans.  (Recipe♦275)
