Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup raw honey or agave
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- sea salt
Instructions
- Puree avocados, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth. Divide pudding into individual bowls and sprinkle with salt before serving.Note: You can add almond milk while you're processing the ingredients to make it go further and/or for a less rich, thinner pudding.
