Cinnamon Warming Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 quarts water
  • 2 green tea bags
  • honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water and cinnamon sticks to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes. Pour into a tea pot with the green tea bags. Steep for 10 minutes. Serve with local raw honey for added anti-microbial benefits and sweetness.  (Recipe♦292)
