Ingredients

1 small can coconut cream
3 ears of corn cleaned, kernels cut off

Instructions

Saute onion and garlic in the coconut oil until very soft but not brown. Add remaining ingredients and let cook for about 15 minutes. You can puree half the soup if desired. (Recipe♦306)
