Cranberry Sauce with Dates (instead of sugar)

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 0.5 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.125 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and chop.Stir all ingredients together in a saucepan over low heat.Bring to a simmer, and cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently, until the cranberries pop and the sauce thickens.
