Serve over vegetable crudites, as a dip for appetizers, as a salad dressing, or over zucchini noodles and chopped veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated a bit more if you love ginger
  • 1 cup olive or flax oil
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons mellow white miso
  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons tamari or nama shoyu
  • 0.5 cup water more if you want the dressing thinner

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy and emulsified.  (Recipe♦325)
