Ingredients
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated a bit more if you love ginger
- 1 cup olive or flax oil
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons mellow white miso
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons tamari or nama shoyu
- 0.5 cup water more if you want the dressing thinner
Instructions
