Servings 1 cup
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cardamom
- 2 tablespoons coriander
- 3 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- oil or preferred fat to coat well the bottom of a large frying pan
- 2 onions processed or minced
- 6 cloves garlic processed or minced
- 2" piece ginger processed or minced
Instructions
- Coat the frying pan generously with preferred fat or oil. Heat and add in powder spices and stir constantly for about a minute, they will become fragrant, don’t let them get smoky. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring a few times. (Recipe #349)
