Dessert Almond Bread GlutenFree/DairyFree

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups almond meal
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 0.5 block of tofu
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 cup coconut crystals
  • 0.75 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Pour batter into a greased pie plate and bake at 350°. Test for doneness by inserting knife. When it comes out dry it’s done.  (Recipe♦362)
