Ingredients
- 2.5 cups almond meal
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- 0.5 block of tofu
- 0.5 cup almond milk
- 0.5 cup coconut crystals
- 0.75 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup raisins
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Pour batter into a greased pie plate and bake at 350°. Test for doneness by inserting knife. When it comes out dry it’s done. (Recipe♦362)
