Dessert Smoothie
This recipe is adapted from The “Clean” Program's Euro Nut Smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 medjool dates pitted
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or any nut butter you like
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 ice cube
- 1 frozen banana optional; if you include the banana, omit one or both dates
- unsweetened coconut milk enough to get desired consistency
Instructions
