Ingredients
- 1 head of garlic coarsely chopped
- 1 bunch dill most of stems removed, coarsely chopped
- 1 lemon juiced
- 0.25 cup coarsely chopped red onion
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained
- salt
- 1 olive oil
Instructions
- Pulse the garlic in the food processor until minced. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse but stop before it becomes mushy. Or you can do this without the processor by mincing the ingredients. Add a dollop to brighten up soups and stews. (Recipe♦366)
