Easy Basmati Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup dry basmati rice
- 4 cups water
- 3 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 3 saffron threads to color rice
Instructions
- Add water, bouillon cubes, and saffron to a large pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil. Pour in rice, cover, and return to a boil. Once boiling, turn heat down to low and allow to simmer 15 mins. Drain excess water as needed. (Recipe♦382)
