Fresh Fig & Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh figs
- 6 fresh Roma or plum tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 0.5 cup golden balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tamari wheat free
- 1 teaspoon stevia powder to sweeten optional
- 1 tablespoon red onion very finely chopped
Instructions
- Slice the figs and tomatoes. Mix with crushed garlic, salt and pepper. IN a separate bowl, whisk together the last five ingredients and toss with the salad. (Recipe♦417)
