Fresh Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 large juicy tomatoes chopped
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- olive oil
- salt if permitted
Instructions
- Coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil. Add the garlic and stir and heat until lightly toasted. Add chopped tomatoes and broth. Simmer about 15 mins. Add fresh basil and salt to taste, if permitted, and serve. (Recipe♦419)
