Ginger Mustard Dressing

This recipe was adapted from Cafe for All Seasons, Chinatown, San Francisco, CA.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2" piece ginger root minced
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons wheat-free tamari
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup white balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.  (Recipe♦433)
